In late 2014, I helped lead a team of Designers & spearheaded Tupperware's first ethnographic research endeavor - including coordinating efforts with local market reps & crafting the home visit experience. For the follow-up, I worked with the team to synthesize the learnings into actionable consumer insights & home trends. And for the last piece of the puzzle, we organized and led large scale brainstorm sessions with the Brazil office & our U.S.-based development group.
