Macro Trends


Step 2: Identify global drivers that ill most impact communication in 2030.

We elevated our train of thought to more of a macro level to ascertain key global trends. In combination with emerging technologies, we were able to piece together a road map for communication progression.

 

 

Three-Country Ethnographic Study


Step 3: Conduct ethnographic interviews focused on lifestyle & communication habits.

The local SF team coordinated with two Samsung branches located in Milan & Seoul to find & conduct interviews with a variety of people on the life stage & lifestyle spectrum.

2030 Human Values & Needs


Step 4: Identify present-day needs and project them into 2030.

The team pulled out 4 need states as our area of focus and within each extrapolated 2030 pain points based on ethnographic data & macro trends.
